Tuokko OÜ is a accounting firm that provides services in Estonia related to accounting, financial management and starting a business.

Certified Public Accountant and founder of the Finnish Tuokko Group, Yrjö Tuokko, decided in 1992 to establish a company in Estonia. The newly founded company offered financial management and auditing services in the recently independent Estonia. Following independence, the activity of foreign owned companies in Estonia increased, creating demand for an accounting firm that understands foreign businesses. Today, Tuokko OÜ is one of the longest-operating international accounting firms in Estonia.

In March 2026, Tuokko OÜ became part of the Grow Finance Group, one of Estonia’s largest providers of financial management and accounting services. As a result of this change, Tuokko OÜ is able to offer its clients even stronger expertise and a broader range of services.
